4.3 Winning payments are paid using PayPal. No alternative payment method is offered. 4.4 Payment is made in UK Pound Sterling (£/GBP). Registered users are responsible for ensuring that their email address is linked to a PayPal account that can receive payment in UK Pound Sterling (£/GBP) either directly of via currency conversion. Where PayPal offer a conversion to a users own currency when we make payment, we will accept that conversion. Where payment is converted from UK Pound Sterling (£/GBP) to another currency, transfer and other fees may be applied by PayPal and the amount received will be reduced.
4.5 By entering any draw, you accept that you are entering into an arrangement solely between you and us, and that you will have no right to appeal to, or otherwise involve, any third party in the event of any dispute.
4.6 You agree that, in the event of any dispute as to the winner of a draw, we shall have sole authority to decide which registered user is the winner of that draw. You further accept that we shall be under no obligation to enter into any correspondence with any registered user in relation to any dispute.
4.7 We reserve the right to query certain draw entries, in particular, if multiple entries are made from the same IP address or at the same time.
4.8 We reserve the right to withhold winnings if we cannot ascertain that the entry is legitimate or the registered user was eligible at the time the draw was made. We may require proof of age or identification.
